I really like this typographical poster. This typographical poster was designed by Bill S Kenney. Bill is a designer and partner for Focus Lab. Focus Lab is a design firm in Savannah GA (http://focuslabllc.com). Bill believes in creating clean, simple, and easy to understand designs for both illustrations and websites. This design shows Bill's appreciation for simple and clean designs. I think that the details about the event are given in an organized way, while still giving a bit of diversity throughout the piece. There is also a great use of typographical hierarchy with the use of larger type and more noticeable fonts. I think the way this info is shown could be a great way to display some of the bands on a music festival poster. I also think that the colors are simple and easy to see. This is a great piece and really gives me some great ideas for poster designs. The layout is great and the type is contained to one box which makes it easier to read.
